As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you’ll apply your knowledge and passion for person-centered care to provide specialized, home-based nursing care to a person we support. You are deeply committed to helping people realize their wellness goals while building a trusting relationship that promotes independence and community inclusion.

 

The ideal candidate for this position will be able to provide a person-centered level of care to align with the person’s nursing plan and ensure all efforts are documented appropriately. The LPN will assist in coordinating appropriate medical related services. They will facilitate building self-esteem and confidence through positive interactions and communication with the person supported and their family. The LPN will hold a State of Maryland LPN license from the Board of Nursing, have a minimum of one year experience providing nursing services for people with disabilities and have a valid driver’s license issued in the state in which they reside. This position includes paid professional development and continued education.
