Fello supports people with disabilities to live, work, and connect with their community.

People are complex. We are each made of thousands of different experiences that can affect mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Here at Fello, we take the time to understand these experiences and their relationship to behavioral health. As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will use a holistic approach to create an environment that encourages daily success for people we support.

The Behavioral Health Clinician will partner with people served and their interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, monitor, and review behavioral support plans and, when requested, provide mental health counseling in individual and group settings. The Clinician is responsible for ensuring all services related to behavioral health support the person’s ability to achieve their vision for themselves. Performing assessments, maintaining detailed clinical notes, and facilitating behavioral health trainings for direct support professionals are all essential responsibilities of this role.
