Candidates must possess a master’s degree, an LCSW-C or LCPC license, at least (5) five or more years of professional experience providing behavioral supports for people with disabilities for use in community-based settings, and at least (2) two years providing management and coaching to licensed clinicians and other clinical professionals.

The salary is $100,250 with paid professional development and continued education, as well as an Award-winning Total Rewards package.Â
