The work we do directly supports employers with disabilities in experiencing greater self-determination, independence, and choice in their services.

The Payroll Manager, Administration plays a key leadership role in ensuring the success of payroll operations for Self-Directed Services. This position leads the Payroll Administration team, ensures exceptional customer service for participant employers and employees, and serves as a primary problem-solver and point of support. As a member of the Leadership Council, the Payroll Manager is responsible for maintaining payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while helping improve systems and drive results across the team
