The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial reporting, as well as demonstrated experience managing audits, bank reporting, and reconciliation across complex organizations. They will be skilled in managing cross-functional financial projects, particularly those involving DDA and Medicaid funding and housing-related financial systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are a must, with a proven track record of translating strategy into actionable plans. The successful candidate will be flexible, solution-oriented, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are critical, including the ability to manage and coach staff and provide clear, constructive feedback. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial/accounting systems is required.Â

This position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, and at least five years of broad financial experience, including managing accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting. CPA/CMA or MBA credentials are a plus.Â
