This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining a customer-service focus.Â

This position requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field strongly preferred), a minimum of 5 years of progressive finance/payroll experience, and at least 3 years in a managerial role processing payroll for 1,000+ employees per pay cycle. Proficiency in payroll and general ledger software is required, with knowledge of Paycom and Intact as a plus.Â
