Video Production Associate

Position Summary 
The Video Production Associate supports Fello’s mission by helping create engaging video content that tells authentic stories and celebrates inclusion, choice, and opportunity. This role assists with editing and organizing video projects that highlight the people and communities Fello serves. Working closely with the Visual Communications Manager, the Video Production Associate helps bring Fello’s brand and values to life through thoughtful storytelling and high-quality visual production. 

The ideal candidate is a creative, technically skilled storyteller with hands-on experience in video editing and post-production. They have a strong eye for detail, understand how to shape narratives that reflect real people and communities, and can manage multiple projects at once. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition is essential, along with familiarity in color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate also brings strong organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to take direction while contributing creative ideas to enhance Fello’s storytelling. 

This position requires a high school diploma and a minimum of three years of experience in video editing and post-production with a portfolio demonstrating technical and creative abilities. A bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
