The Student Experience
 

Rooted in the school’s mission and commitment to educational equity, as well as the Hallmarks of a Notre Dame Learning Community, we view the student experience as the heart of our work at Notre Dame.  Distinctive programming ensures that all students benefit from experiential learning, leadership opportunities, culturally responsive practices, holistic support and skill-building for life success.

The leadership for the student experience includes members of the administrative team.  Programming for the student experience is led by the assistant head of school, director of teaching and learning, director of mission and ministry, and the director of student life.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and operational support to members of the administrative team
  • Coordinate logistics for programming in the student experience
  • Demonstrate professionalism and standards of exceptional customer service
  • Support the mission of the school and the Hallmarks of a Notre Dame de Namur Learning Community

 

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education required
  • Three years of administrative assistant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Catholic education and/or secondary education
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated growth mindset
  • Multi-lingual preferred
  • Reporting skills preferred
  • Commitment to equity and excellence
