Human Resources
 

Human Resources supports the infrastructure of Notre Dame to promote growth, ensure compliance and create a positive, productive environment.

Responsibilities:

Manages all aspects of the school’s employee relations which includes oversight of: recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee support, compensation and benefits (401K included), supervisor training, record-keeping, reporting, compliance and collaboration with the school’s legal counsel.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Counseling or a related field
• 5+ years of providing comprehensive human resources services across functional areas; 5+ years of senior management experience which includes supervision of staff and collaboration with consultative services, administrators, managers and employees

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experienced human resources manager in a school environment
• Proficiency in Paycom or systems like: PeopleSoft, Workday, Frontline Education
• Experienced training and mediator
• PHR/SPHR certification
