Inserter Operator

We are seeking an Inserter Operator to join our team! You will help responsible to set up, operate, and troubleshoot mail sorting machines and other sorting equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret, and understand the work order completely.
• Maintain productivity on machine.
• Deliver a quality product while meeting all production deadlines.
• Responsible for minor maintenance of equipment.
• Prepare inserter per job specifications.
• Load materials, clear jams and other simple malfunctions as needed.
• Sort mail in accordance with USPS specifications.
• Maintain good housekeeping in work area.
• Any other tasks assigned by management.

• 3 years of previous lettershop operator experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Quality-conscious and metrics driven.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 pounds.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
