Friends Care Community in Yellow Springs, Ohio is a not-for-profit Life Care Community consisting of 59 SNF beds, 20 AL beds and 22 IL homes. We are seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team who shares our same commitment to our residents!
ADON Requirements:
- Experience as a Nurse Supervisor (1+ years experience)
- Valid RN License
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations
- Experience in Long-Term Care (1+ years experience)
- Strong leadership and team building skills
Primary ADON Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) by overall management of the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility
- Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services
- Participate in sales and marketing activities
- Train and develop staff on programs to enhance resident satisfaction
- Establish a climate necessary for continuous care
