QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Three years of experience in behavioral health services, two of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
- Ability to learn, navigate, and work with data to track outcomes, trends, and performance indicators.
- Ability to address crisis situations to prevent a need for higher intervention.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in conjunction with strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks and high volume of work with deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s Degree in human services field, and valid master’s level professional WV license.
- Maintains First Aid/CPR certification.
- Maintains current crisis prevention/intervention training.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
- Scores an average minimum of 92% on customer satisfaction indicators would recommend.
- Co-signs documentation within designated timeframes 100% of the time.
- Incident reports are submitted timely an average minimum 98% of the time.
- Ensures services are delivered per guidelines per week, every consumer, 97% of the time.
- Sends in list of core ACT staff to validate team once a year.
