- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and familiarity with GD&T standards.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Competence in reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Capable of effectively presenting information then responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to write and read English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.
- Skilled at applying mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in MRB in the aerospace or fastener industry.
