- Read, analyze, and interpret purchase contracts, pricing structures, terms and conditions, discount schedules, general business periodicals and technical specifications.
- Address practical problems and navigate a range of variables in scenarios with minimal standardization.
- Ability to interpret company MRP system & convey to customers required manufacturing lead-times.
- Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Comprehend and utilize the functions of the company ERP System, and related programs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understand the basic configuration of the company network, with the ability to locate files and work within the network.
- Follow written procedures and governmental regulations.
- Write reports and business correspondence in a clear and professional manner.
- Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, measurements, and volume.
- Able to work with minimal supervision, be a self-starter and be detail oriented.
- Ability to write and read English.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in related position or manufacturing preferred.
