Equivalent Education, Experiences, Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- 5 years' experience in Affordable Housing, compliance knowledge required.
- College Degree preferred. High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of 1 certification desired out of the following: National Affordable Housing Professional Certification TCS, HCCP, COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist), or CPO (Certified Professional of Occupancy).
- Strong working knowledge of Section 42 of Internal Revenue Code, CTCAC Compliance Manual, HUD Handbook (Section 4350.03) and other applicable guidebooks.
- Team player but can work independently.
- Good communication skills both, verbal and written.
- Valid California Driver’s License and insured vehicle.
