Job Description: Security Officer - Highland Towers - Part-Time
Position Summary:
We are seeking a courteous, professional, and dependable part-time Security Officer to be the first point of contact for residents and visitors of our luxury condominium building. The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a welcoming and secure environment, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and addressing resident and guest needs promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting & Assistance:
- Welcome residents, guests, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Provide assistance with packages, directions, or information as needed.
- Coordinate with valet or transportation services when applicable.
- Building Security & Monitoring:
- Monitor building entrances and surveillance systems to ensure only authorized persons gain access.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and identify any maintenance or security concerns.
- Report any suspicious activity, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to management or appropriate personnel.
- Verify deliveries and provide access to authorized service providers.
- Resident Services:
- Respond promptly to residents' inquiries or concerns, providing a high standard of personalized service.
- Coordinate with building management or maintenance staff to address resident issues effectively.
- Maintain a secure and organized log of packages, deliveries, and visitor activity.
- Appearance & Professionalism:
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance, adhering to the building’s dress code.
- Ensure the lobby and other common areas remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Represent the building's values and commitment to excellence.
