As a Lead Valet, you will have the responsibility of...

• Accurately assigning, verifying, and distributing claim tickets
• Keeping driveway clear of any vehicle that does not require assistance
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of valet area
• Inspecting vehicles and reporting damages upon arrival and under your care
• Responding to and resolving guest concerns
• Greeting all customers using Premium Parking customer service standards
• Training associates with established policies and procedures
   

For our Lead Valet Attendants, we look for...

• Valid license with 3+ years driving experience
  • No MAJOR violations (DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) in the past 7 years
  • No more than two MINOR violations in the past year (accident, speeding)
  • No suspensions within the last 3 years
• Ability to drive a stick shift
• 2 years of previous valet experience in the parking or related industry preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Able to communicate professionally and effectively with all personnel
• Flexible availability for events as business dictates
• Computer proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel, and other MS Office applications
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for prolonged periods of time
