The Role:

We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll lead critical accounting functions, contribute to accurate financial reporting, and collaborate across departments to support CleanSlate’s strategic goals. What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and record journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly revenue recognition

• Reconcile general ledger accounts, prepaid expenses, lease liabilities, payroll, and fixed assets

• Analyze variances and support monthly and year-end closings

• Maintain and report on debt schedules, depreciation schedules, and other financial assets

• Collaborate with teams to ensure financial data accuracy and provide insights for decision-making

• Assist in audits, internal controls testing, and special projects

• Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency

• Prepare reports for stakeholders and support accounting leadership with financial interpretation

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience; healthcare industry experience a plus

• Solid understanding of US GAAP

• Experience with Sage Intacct preferred; advanced Excel skills required

• CPA certification preferred

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities

• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage confidential data with integrity and professionalism
