CVR Associates is looking for Full-time dedicated and enthusiastic Temporary Customer Service Representatives to join our team and provide top-notch support to our clients and community members. This role is 100% on-site in our Milwaukee, WI location. This is a great opportunity to gain experience, make a meaningful impact, and work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist clients by answering inquiries over the phone, via email, and in person

  • Provide accurate information and guidance related to housing programs and services

  • Use active listening and problem-solving skills to address client concerns

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective service delivery

  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role

  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written

  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks

  • Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach to client needs

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other basic software tools

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus!
