CVR Associates is looking for Full-time dedicated and enthusiastic Temporary Customer Service Representatives to join our team and provide top-notch support to our clients and community members. This role is 100% on-site in our Milwaukee, WI location. This is a great opportunity to gain experience, make a meaningful impact, and work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:

Assist clients by answering inquiries over the phone, via email, and in person

Provide accurate information and guidance related to housing programs and services

Use active listening and problem-solving skills to address client concerns

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective service delivery

Document interactions and maintain accurate records
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role

Strong communication skills—both verbal and written

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks

Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented approach to client needs

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other basic software tools

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus!
