- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience
- 0-2 years of experience in testing environment; some experience in beverage machine testing is desired but not required
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn testing techniques, procedures and specifications
- Ability to perform test programs and procedures to written instructions
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to be hands on with tools, machinery, equipment and materials used in testing
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage with customers to report basic information and collaborate with team members
- Computer proficiency, Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more each day
- Ability to set up and utilize the required test equipment
