- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering.
- Entry-level (0–2 years of experience).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- High safety awareness and willingness to work in various industrial and construction environments.
- Ability and willingness to work at customer sites (~50%) and travel up to 25%.
- Comfortable working near roof edges and at heights using proper fall protection.
- Willingness to work occasional night or weekend projects as needed.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or coursework in structural analysis and design, including calculations for beams, slabs, and columns.
- Familiarity with design codes and standards (AISC, ACI, IBC, etc.).
- Exposure to industrial machinery or vehicle failure analysis is a plus.
