We're on the lookout for a talented Electrical Engineer to join our expanding team and help drive cutting-edge projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors. This person will support a couple of internal clients as well as one of their flagship clients. You will have a chance to help negotiate and mold this role into what it should look like.

What You'll Do:
- Design & Innovate:Â Engineer electrical systems, including power distribution (600V - 15kV), emergency power, telecom, low voltage, PV/solar, and microgrids.
- Lead & Influence:Â Spearhead decarbonization and electrical infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Perform Analysis:Â Use EasyPower, SKM, or ETAP to conduct load flow, short circuit, and arc flash studies.
- Collaborate & Review:Â Conduct peer reviews of third-party designs and develop electrical guidelines for clients.
- Oversee Commissioning:Â Ensure proper installation and operation of meters, generators, and lighting systems.
Â
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in electrical system design for commercial & industrial buildings
- Washington and/or California PE License (Preferred)
- Proficiency in electrical analysis tools (SKM, EasyPower, ETAP)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot charts, data analysis)
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with PowerBI, SQL, DBA, and data analytics for the built environment

- Competitive Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 DOE
