Qualification Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must pass a drug screen. A criminal background check is required.
Minimum Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate a forklift and pallet jack.
- Experience operating a baler is preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
Education and/or Experience, Technical Skills:
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Forklift certification is preferred and any other relevant certifications.

- Regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions
- Frequently exposed to fumes, airborne particles (lint and dust), and animal hair.

- Safety gear (e.g., safety shoes, gloves, eye protection) may be required.

- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- The ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50lbs.
- Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment requiring physical dexterity.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions (e.g., temperature, noise levels).
