Qualification Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must pass a drug screen. A criminal background check is required. A driver’s license check is required. Must show proof of current driver’s license and minimum auto liability insurance coverage.
Minimum Skills:
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation models.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and public speaking skills with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools, virtual meeting platforms, and multimedia instructional technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and complete assignments independently.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into training solutions.
- Ability to maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
Education and/or Experience, Technical Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Organizational Development or related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or adult education. A minimum of 1 years’ experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools. Professional certifications in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM, ATD Certification) preferred but not required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Must maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to Goodwill's liability insurance provider.

- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing while delivering training.
- Frequent use of computers, projectors, and presentation equipment.
- Occasional lifting of training materials and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Travel to off-site training sessions throughout company locations is required.
- Driving is required.
