Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent training and/or experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a cloud administrator with hands-on experience in both Azure and AWS environments required.
- AWS and/or Azure certifications preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites required.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of an enterprise IT environment.
- Excellent understanding of cloud architecture and services on both Azure and AWS.
- Understanding of network systems (e.g., switches, firewalls, etc).
- Understanding of information security concepts and tools (e.g., audit, event collection, threat detection, CVE analysis, EDR).
- Experience with scripting and automation tools.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Other Requirements:
- Vendor management.
- Flexibility with weekend and evening hours required for scheduled upgrades and non-scheduled off-hours support.
- Travel to corporate regional offices approximately 5% of the time required.

The salary range for this role is $74,600 - $136,100. The listed annual salary range posted for this position is subject to change and may vary depending on performance, education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, demonstrated proficiency in the competencies required for the role and business needs.  Base pay is just one component of GNY’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
