351 Supported Living Team Leader
Primary schedule is M-F 8-4 but MUST be flexible and able to cover shifts for call outs and short staff. Â Also, be on call for emergency situations at the home

Support individuals to achieve their deserved quality of life and ensure optimal health and safety, by providing prescribed support and supervision.
Job Responsibilities
Ø Motivate team members and set goals
Ø Resolve any issues or conflicts with team or individuals
Ø Support and assist individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities
Ø Assist with keeping the environment clean and neat
Ø Monitor performance of members
Ø Communicate respectfully toward supervisor and staff, family members and individuals.
Ø Other duties as assigned
