- Prior experience creating photo and video content, with familiarity as a content creator on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Strong creative skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging digital content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, proofreading, and copywriting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and suggest improvements.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and related tools.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of application.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or social media marketing in a business setting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field, or currently enrolled.
- 2 or more years of experience in customer service and/or social media marketing in a business setting.

- Periodic travel to restaurant locations is required, including local and regional travel. While on-site, team members must adhere to all company safety policies and may be required to use personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves or slip-resistant footwear, depending on the nature of the work and environment.
