The Manager, Corporate Philanthropy, plays a key role in implementing fundraising strategies and deepening relationships with corporate partners. Reporting to the Director of Development, this position manages a portfolio of workplace giving campaigns, fosters year-round engagement with corporate supporters, and facilitates the transition of workplace donors to individual giving. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management skills, an understanding of corporate social responsibility, and a passion for mission-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans for corporate workplace campaigns.
- Serve as the lead UWGPSNJ representative for workplace campaign events, building relationships with employees and senior leaders.
- Support corporate partners in aligning their community engagement goals with UWGPSNJ initiatives.
- Provide campaign training, support, and resources to employee campaign coordinators (ECCs).
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-informed recommendations to improve donor engagement.
- Identify and cultivate new corporate fundraising opportunities across the region.
- Assist with individual and corporate gift processing, stewardship, and acknowledgment.
- Maintain accurate donor and account records in CRM and fundraising platforms.
- Lead stewardship activities including donor surveys, volunteer opportunities, and recognition events.
- Contribute to campaign innovation, including low-touch and “campaign-in-a-box” strategies.
