  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-informed recommendations to improve donor engagement.
  • Identify and cultivate new corporate fundraising opportunities across the region.
  • Assist with individual and corporate gift processing, stewardship, and acknowledgment.
  • Maintain accurate donor and account records in CRM and fundraising platforms.
  • Lead stewardship activities including donor surveys, volunteer opportunities, and recognition events.
  • Contribute to campaign innovation, including low-touch and “campaign-in-a-box” strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or corporate partnerships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Ideal Competencies

  • Donor-centered mindset: Driven by outcomes that support UWGPSNJ’s mission and community impact.
  • Strategic relationship builder: Forges and maintains high-trust partnerships with corporate stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial thinker: Creatively identifies new fundraising opportunities and collaborates across teams to deliver value.
  • Customer service orientation: Responsive, solutions-focused, and committed to high standards of service delivery.
