REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required. A minimum of fifteen years experience in Human Resources required, with five years in a Director position. Must have strong organizational and presentation skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills that allow successful interaction with employees, management and physicians throughout the organization. PHR or SPHR certification.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. Experience in hospital/health care preferred.
