Director of Human Resources (FT/Days)

The Human Resources Director will supervise the operation and administration of the Human Resources functions at McBride Orthopedic Hospital and McBride Hospital Outpatient Clinics.  Areas include employment/recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation, legal and regulatory compliance.  The Director is  responsible for all Human Resources staff.  The Director of Human Resources reports to the Chief Executive Officer.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.  A minimum of fifteen years experience in Human Resources required, with five years in a Director position.  Must have strong organizational and presentation skills.  Effective communication and interpersonal skills that allow successful interaction with employees, management and physicians throughout the organization.  PHR or SPHR certification.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:  Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.  Experience in hospital/health care preferred.
