MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma and five years related experience and/or training. May substitute equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, write and comprehend documents and policy/procedures manuals. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. To perform this job successfully an individual must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office and other database systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: Associates Degree.
