Essential Duties and Responsibilities (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)
- Provide a variety of case management, skills training, support services as required for persons with developmental disabilities, severe and persistent mental illness, and chemical dependency.
- Advocate for benefits on behalf of client.
- Provide a variety of life skills training to clientele.
- Work collaboratively with treatment team to connect clients with community resources.
- Understanding of evidence-based practices including group counseling skills, one-on-one counseling skills, treatment planning, assessments, and referrals.
