Job Qualifications:
- AA in business preferred but not required.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
- Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze freight data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations
- Independently imitate, prioritize, and perform or solve work problems and ultimately achieve work objectives and meet deadlines.
- Effectively communicate in written and verbal form with coworkers, supervisor, and management.
- Follow written (Standard Operating Procedures, Company Memos & Emails) and verbal instructions.
- Must possess or able to learn international shipping terms, required documentation and shipping processes.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience with demonstrated aptitude to learn on-the-job, and/or 3 years’ experience as a Customer Service Specialist with demonstrated excellence in position.
- Familiarity with plant equipment operation and SOP’s.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work & Outlook).
- Possess a strong work ethic to positively contribute to the company’s mission, vision and values.
- Must have a positive attitude, support co-workers to obtain desired objectives, and assist others in their contributions as well as collaboratively work within and outside of department to accomplish tasks.
- Ability to adapt to changing paces and processes quickly.
- Ability to effectively talk on the phone and use e-mail.
- Must be able to learn ERP Systems to perform data entry & print reports.
- Attentive to the task and own surroundings.
- Ability to deliver respectful feedback.
- Freight forwarding experience is desired.
- Availability to travel once per quarter for local industry events.
- Must live or being willing to relocate to Mexico. Preferable for candidate to live in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Queretaro, Tijuana or Monterrey metro areas.

Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to provide accurate and timely support for our customers and staff in LATAM. This role would oversee LATAM Craft Breweries, Distributors and Key Accounts. This would entail open and direct communication with our international offices and customers, building orders for logistics to ship against and working as a team with Sales, Operations, Logistics and Finance to fully support our client’s needs.Â

Job Duties:
- Efficiently process customer orders.
- Assist and guide customers in the maintenance of their contract inventories.
- Act as a partner to the customer in brewer development regarding hop choices, qualities, and substitutions.
- Must be willing to help cover for team members when they are out of office.
- Develop knowledge of new products, promotions, and services available within the company and provide information to customers.
- Continuously update customer information within assigned sales region regarding openings/closing of customer locations, change of ownership or sales contact and addresses or billing information. Â
- Work in conjunction with RSM and Inside Sales Manager to resolve customer issues.
- Work in conjunction with Finance Department to update account status and information as well as communicate to customers regarding Finance concerns.
- Learn standards and maintain current knowledge of product before sale.
- Inform customers of the status of shipments and/or issues with accounts, product, etc.
- Confer with Inside Sales Manager or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changesÂ
- Continuously look for ways to improve process efficiency and notify Inside Sales Manager of observations and recommendations.
- Maintain sanitary and safe work environment and follow safety requirements.
- May actively participate on company’s Safety Committee.
- Ensure that company safety policies as well as federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations are observed.
- Must have a complete understanding of company’s policies, SOPs, QPs, EPs, HACCP and cGMP that pertain to their department to ensure quality, safety, efficiency and sustainability.
- Must adhere to all company policies.
- Examine documents, materials, and products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications.
- Follow all SOPs in a given area.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager and/or designee.
