Reports to: Senior Director, People & Marketing

 

Job Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or creative project coordination—preferably in craft beer, hops, agriculture or food/beverage.
  2. Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with sales teams in global or regional markets.
  3. Highly motivated and self starter who can maintain accountability and ownership of their role and add value.
  4. Strong grasp of creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and digital platforms (e.g., email marketing, CMS, social).
  5. Willingness to travel occasionally for events, activations, and market visits.
  6. A deep appreciation for craft brewing, hop aroma, and the magic that happens between growers and brewers.
  7. A great passion and care for people and working with a team and collaboratively with teams across the organization.
  8. An interest in creative exploration of marketing efforts and business strategy that helps define our industry.
  9. Contract management and vendor relationship management experience.
  10. Familiarity with hop processing and storage requirements for plant equipment, operation, delivery as well as fundamentals of our products and the brewing process.
  11. Possess a strong work ethic to positively contribute to the company’s mission, vision, values, environmental policy, and quality policy.
  12. Must have a positive attitude, support co-workers to obtain desired objectives, and assist others in their contributions.
  13. Versatile and Resourceful: Comfortable juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and creative challenges across time zones.

We are seeking a dynamic, multi-talented Marketing Manager – Global Support to join our small but agile marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment and enjoys wearing many hats. As part of a family farm-owned hop supplier with a global presence, you’ll be central to amplifying our story, supporting a diverse sales force across multiple geographies, and engaging brewers through compelling content, strategic activations, and market interactions.

Job Duties:

  1. Campaign & Project Management: Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives supporting hop sales efforts—from concept to execution—including product launches, seasonal campaigns, communication, assets and trade activations.
  2. Creative Development: Collaborate on the creation of brand-forward visuals, digital assets, packaging concepts, and event materials to elevate the brand across touchpoints. This can be for the whole or for projects specifically, and will on an as needed basis also be working with external vendors or resources to accomplish the job.
  3. Customer Engagement & Communication: Develop and manage brewer-facing messaging, newsletters, sell sheets, and storytelling tools that reflect our quality, innovation, and grower-owned values.
  4. Sales Team Support: Partner with sales managers globally to provide tailored tools, presentations, and localized marketing materials that help close deals and build relationships.
  5. Events & Activations: Coordinate brewery collaborations, market visits, festivals, and sales activations to connect brewers with our products, values, and people. This will sometimes be directly or in coordination with geographic team members on an as needed basis.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team, sales leadership, and creative partners to align marketing with business goals and seasonal priorities.
  7. Maintain sanitary and safe work environment and follow safety requirements.
  8. May actively participate on company’s Safety Committee.
  9. Ensure that company safety policies as well as federal, state and local safety and environmental regulations are observed.
  10. Must have a complete understanding of company’s policies, SOPs, QPs, EPs, HACCP and cGMP that pertain to their department to ensure quality, safety, efficiency and sustainability.
  11. Must adhere to all company policies.
  12. Examine documents, materials, and products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy and conformance to standards and specifications.
  13. Follow all SOPs in a given area.
  14. Perform all other duties as assigned by Manager and/or designee.
