Now Hiring: Baker
Love baking from scratch? We’re looking for an experienced Baker to join our production bakery team. You’ll follow our house-made recipes, prep and bake tasty treats, and keep things clean, safe, and running smooth.
What You’ll Do
- Bake Co-op favorites using our approved recipes
- Prep, set up, and clean your station each day
- Use all the fun tools—mixers, ovens, tilt skillet, immersion blender, etc.
- Keep things clean and food-safe
- Help reduce waste by following par sheets and tracking shrink
What You Bring
- Commercial baking experience (outside the home)
- Can follow written and verbal directions, read recipes, and measure accurately
- Familiar with food safety and knife skills
- Bonus if you’re ServSafe certified or have culinary training (not required)
Job Vibes & Physical Stuff
You’ll be on your feet in a busy kitchen, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, and moving around all day. It’s fast-paced but fun—with a supportive team and lots of delicious smells.
