How You Will Make an Impact:
As a Physical Rehabilitation Technician, you’ll be a key part of our team, working closely with healthcare providers to support patient care in a rehab setting. You’ll help patients with exercises, maintain our treatment areas, and perform a variety of tasks that help ensure a smooth, effective rehab experience. What You’ll Do:
- Assist healthcare providers in delivering rehab treatments and therapeutic exercises to patients.
- Help patients with mobility and strength exercises, ensuring they use proper technique and stay safe.
- Greet patients and prepare them for their treatment sessions.
- Provide clear instructions for patients on in-clinic and at-home exercises and self-care.
- Teach patients how to use rehab equipment correctly and guide them through exercises.
- Keep treatment areas clean and organized, and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready to use.
- Document patient information and update records as needed for ongoing care.
- Answer questions from patients, offering reassurance and clarity about their treatment.
- Support the administrative team by facilitating communication between patients and providers.
- Collaborate with your teammates to continuously improve the care and services we provide.
