  • Teach patients how to use rehab equipment correctly and guide them through exercises.
  • Keep treatment areas clean and organized, and ensure all equipment is sanitized and ready to use.
  • Document patient information and update records as needed for ongoing care.
  • Answer questions from patients, offering reassurance and clarity about their treatment.
  • Support the administrative team by  facilitating communication between patients and providers.
  • Collaborate with your teammates to continuously improve the care and services we provide.

  • Excellent communication skills to engage with patients and team members effectively.
  • Strong organizational abilities and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
  • Empathy and the ability to offer emotional support to patients during their recovery.
  • A team-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Previous healthcare or rehab experience is helpful, but not required.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus.
  • Professional, empathetic demeanor with a focus on excellent patient care.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred (especially in kinesiology, sports medicine, pre-med, or a related field).
  • Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
  • Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and rehabilitation exercises.
  • A positive attitude, approachable demeanor, and professional appearance.
