Description

The Ember Campus Overnight Coordinator provides oversight of the overnight shift and supervision of Ember campus overnight staff, and partners with the Ember CARE Team to provide campus security during the overnight hours.  This position will also assist in the training and supervision of overnight intake staff. 

Primary duties include direct supervision of overnight direct care staff.  This includes developing and maintaining a campus schedule and on-call system to ensure overnight staff coverage across the campus.  The coordinator will also review overnight documentation including daily emails, CareLogic documentation, and incident reports in partnership with program clinical and leadership teams.

Qualifications

Required Education, Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

  • High school diploma/equivalent
  • Two years of related  work experience AND two years of supervision experience is required.
  • One year of experience in the care and management of clients in a residential facility required. 
  • Must have a valid drivers license and adequate insurance coverage per YSS policy.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to meet insurance requirements to drive agency vehicles.
  • Recovering applicants must have a minimum of two years of continuous sobriety to be considered for this position.

Preferred Education, Knowledge, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in human services or a related field
