Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the survey department
- Allocate personnel resources to achieve project obligations.
- Direct and manage the project work and resources of the department.
- Ensure that the appropriate procedures and RAMS are developed to meet the department obligations and to comply with all relevant statutory and other regulations.
- Establish and maintain effective monitoring to ensure that the department is providing the appropriate quality of service agreed with the customer.
- Monitor the budget to ensure that budget targets are met.
- Promote, and directly monitor the implementation of equal opportunity, anti-discrimination and, inclusiveness, policies in all aspects of the departments work.
- Direct the implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure that the department complies with all health and safety and other statutory regulations.
- Conduct employee appraisals and maintain discipline within the department.
