Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of EHS related experience. Applicable education and certifications will also be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental, health and safety or related scientific/engineering discipline preferred.
- Experience with EHS training, related data, and written programs.
- Good understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to document procedures and deliver EHS training/communication services.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage concurrent projects.
- Computer literate; high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) databases, and EHS training data.
- Personal qualities of flexibility, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Interpersonal skills to build and maintain rapport, confidence and influence with peers and teammates both in person and remotely. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- CPR and First Aid trainer certification is beneficial.
