- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within the aerospace or defense sector.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or similar).
- Experience with AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR, and FAR/DFARS compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
