Worship On-Call

JOB SUMMARY: Work directly with the Worship Manager to support all worship needs.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Worship Team vision support
• Meeting one on one with vocalist
• Developing and overseeing Children department leaders/ youth department leaders
• Re-evaluation of singers
• Perceiving collaborative concerns and work to remedy them reaching out to worship volunteers
• Recording vocal parts
• Helping vocalist with parts weekly
• Helping with rehearsals (weekly, Easter, Christmas, Events, ETC)

• Past experience with vocalist
• Planning and troubleshooting
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal relationship building, team coaching, and development skills
• Applicable knowledge of various employment laws, practices, and employee relations
• The ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
• Excellent organizational management skills
