Detail Supervisor

Audi Richmond is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detail Supervisor to lead our vehicle detailing operations. This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for maintaining the high-quality appearance of our vehicles and supporting the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and assist in prepping new and used vehicles for the lot and delivery

• Perform courtesy washes for service customers

• Wash, wax, and apply protective coatings (interior & exterior)

• Steam clean engines and detail interiors (vacuum, clean windows and surfaces)

• Clean tires, wheels, and trim

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

• Perform other duties as needed to support smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or related field preferred

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work

• Ability to manage time effectively and supervise a small team

• Must be able to walk, bend, and sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to operate an automatic or manual transmission a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
