Description of the Role:
Steven Nissan's sales consultants represent the dealership and its expansive roles in the community. We demonstrate both New, Used, and Certified vehicles to customers to solve their automotive needs. They are highly trained in product knowledge, sales process, needs assessment, follow up, marketing, and customer retention. For potential new employees you will receive a 30-day training period to learn how to be successful in a constantly changing industry. Personal income is based upon performance and typically ranges from $60,000-$150,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
· Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle that meets their needs
· Provide information about different makers, models, and features
· Negotiate pricing and finalize sales
· Handle customers’ inquiries and concerns
· Collaborate with Sales Team to achieve monthly sales quotas and goals
