We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill Inventory Level 1 at our food manufacturing facility at our Morgan Hill, California. The primary responsibilities of this role is to execute the basic functions of monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels in an assigned area. Including but not limited to movements of materials, both physically and systematically, staging, and supplying materials for production teams.
What will you be doing:
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory balances by executing proper storage (Organic, Conventional (Non-Organic), and Allergen), movement, output, and counting processes daily in an assigned area.
- Ability to accurately use the Radio Frequency Identification (“RFID”) scanner to update inventory inputs and outputs.
- Ability to perform and understand basic Inventory functions (example: how to read and understand lot tag, unit of measures, and understanding where to find expiration and lot dates).
- Understand food safety requirements (allergen control & cross contamination) and handle materials accordingly.
