ERP Analyst

We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the ERP Analyst role at our food manufacturing facility in Morgan Hill, CA. The primary responsibilities of this role is a combination of deep ERP/MRP systems understanding and basic network and IT systems onsite support.

What will you be doing:

• Interface directly with supported end-users to provide hardware, software, network and applications problem resolution.
• Analyze, document and prioritize business requirements in cooperation with key users, process owners and business leaders.
•  Develop functional test plans and user acceptance test plans and scenarios.
•  Conduct impact analysis of technology changes on business processes and existing technology.
•  Design and implement process improvements and system enhancements that conform to industry and application best-practices.
•  Provide analytical support for critical corporate initiatives including business function support for system migrations and consolidations, significant business area process improvement projects and complex product installations.
•  Maximize the utilization of existing business applications and technologies to meet business requirements and to improve the leverage of IT assets.
•  Analyze and define business reporting requirements and implement in cooperation with the Business.
•  Perform data analysis using queries and ad-hoc reporting tools.
•  Assist the Help Desk Service with day-to-day application support to key users, desktop and printers.
•  Assist the Help Desk Service with Monitoring networks, secure and non-secure; modify user accounts via Active Directory, submit changes to file management and peripheral devices.

Who you are and why you're right for us:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or related field or equal professional experience
• 3-5 years’ experience with ERP/MRP Software
• Skilled competency expected in  NAV ERP Software, Asana, Dropbox, G Suite (Google Workspace), Looker Analytics, Google Meet/Zoom, Slack, Virtual Print Servers.
• Ability to analyze complex systems, and troubleshoot and isolate system issues.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as work in a team environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills. 
• Excellent project management skills and experience managing the cross-functional commercialization process of taking a product idea and bringing it to life within time constraints
