We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill Production Scheduler at our food manufacturing facility at our Westampton, NJ. The primary responsibilities of this role is supporting the Production Manager with material replenishment and production scheduling by verifying counts on the floor and investigation discrepancies.
What will you be doing:

- Monitors daily production activities, materials flow and ERP transactions to maintain accurate production schedules.
- Accurately and efficiently release work orders using the ERP to meet production needs.
- Daily work order reconciliation to identify and resolve any issues that may affect the production schedule. (ie: material shortages or delays)
- Communicate delays in production due to material shortages to supervisors and managers prior to the scheduled production run.
- Conduct daily/weekly in process production facility walk throughs to check the status of work orders
- Work with department supervisors and managers to identify and correct any discrepancies found that could cause a delay in production.
- Reviews reports generated from the ERP to identify any discrepancies and initiate any corrective actions identified to eliminate production delays and/or errors.
