Job Summary: Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Kniesel’s Collision is looking for a General Manager to lead one of our high-performing, state-of-the-art collision centers in Northern California.

Key Responsibilities:
• Uphold Kniesel’s SOPs and meet insurance and industry standards in vehicle repairs.
• Exceed financial targets, including KPIs, through effective sales forecasting, profit tracking, and expense management.
• Coordinate daily operations with technicians, estimators, and managers to ensure efficient production and timely deliveries.
• Provide support during peak periods by assisting with customer interactions and vehicle processing.
• Oversee payroll and staffing, ensuring accurate timekeeping and effective team management.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable and maintain the financial health of the facility.
• Recruit, train, and retain skilled team members, fostering a culture of success and growth.
• Use and manage estimating and management software proficiently, ensuring smooth operations across all platforms.
• Conduct regular staff and safety meetings to uphold standards and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility at all times.
