Summary
Woodmont Properties is seeking an innovative and solutions-oriented Business Intelligence & Technology Solutions Analyst to support company-wide digital transformation. This role focuses on cloud-based application support, technology solution design, and system integration to streamline operations across construction, property management, commercial, industrial, legal, accounting, investment, and development teams.
This position leads system implementations, optimizes business applications, and drives AI-enabled solutions to improve workflows and decision-making. Key responsibilities include vendor management, intranet and website administration, cross-platform integration (Yardi, Sage Intacct, Procore) and development of business intelligence dashboards. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for leveraging technology to create operational efficiency and support company growth. This position is key to advancing Woodmont’s digital strategy, including workflow automation, AI-enabled tools, and company-wide reporting, while freeing senior leadership to focus on strategic initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Technology Solutions & Systems Workflow Management

Design, manage, and optimize integrations between company-wide systems such as Yardi, Sage Intacct, Procore, and other platforms to ensure seamless data flow and reduce redundant processes.

Build and maintain dashboards, widgets, and reporting tools to track KPIs, project status, and business outcomes.
Business Intelligence, AI & Analytics

Build and maintain dashboards, widgets, and business intelligence tools (Power BI or similar) that provide actionable, real-time insights.

Develop and implement AI driven agents, automations, and workflow enhancements to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and support decision-making.
Project and Vendor Management

Lead cross-functional technology projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.

Manage relationships with software vendors and third-party providers, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and alignment with business goals.

Coordinate projects across multiple departments to standardize processes, optimize system usage, and improve data accuracy, while coordinating timelines to balance innovation with operational readiness.
Training & Adoption

Create user guides, training resources, and conduct user sessions to support adoption of new systems, dashboards, and tools.
Innovation & Strategic Support

Partner with the VP to identify, evaluate, and implement new prop-tech, automation, and AI solutions.

Drive integration across platforms (Yardi, Sage Intacct, Microsoft 365, Procore, etc.) for seamless connectivity.
