Preferred Qualifications/Competencies:
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in managing educational or business operations, demonstrating the ability to oversee multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Student Information Management: Ability to maintain and accurately report on student records, ensuring smooth tracking of student progress and achievement of academic goals.
Student/Customer Service Skills: Strong focus on student support with exceptional customer service skills, including active listening and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Interpersonal Skills: An outgoing and approachable style, with a genuine passion for supporting students' academic success and professional growth.
Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences, including students, faculty, and administration.
