Make an Impact at Dynatect
Are you a problem-solver who loves working with customers to find smart, technical solutions? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where innovation and customer success go hand-in-hand?

Join Dynatect as a Client Solutions Engineer (CSE) and play a vital role in shaping the customer experience from concept to completion.
As a CSE, you’ll be the go-to technical expert and trusted advisor for our customers and Sales Representatives. You'll recommend solutions, develop custom quotes, and guide customers through every step of the sales process—from application analysis to order fulfillment. You’ll work closely with engineering, sales, and leadership teams to ensure our products deliver real value, and you’ll help drive continuous improvement across the business.
Why You’ll Love This Role
• High-Impact Work: Your expertise directly influences customer success, project outcomes, and business growth.
• Diverse Challenges: No two days are the same—you’ll work on a wide variety of custom and standard product applications.
• Collaborative Culture: Work alongside a passionate team of engineers, sales pros, and commercial leaders.
• Professional Growth: Gain deep product knowledge, develop cross-functional skills, and grow within a company that invests in its people.
• Industry Exposure: Attend trade shows, visit customer sites, and represent Dynatect in the field.
What You'll Do
• Be a technical resource for customers and reps: assess applications, recommend product solutions, and create accurate, timely quotes.
• Partner with engineering to translate customer needs into feasible “non-standard” product designs.
• Manage the quoting and order process via phone, email, or in person—turning inquiries into orders.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Reps to identify opportunities, assess risks, and support strategic account growth.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systems to ensure seamless communication and follow-through.
• Assist with issue resolution by identifying root causes and coordinating solutions with internal teams.
• Represent Dynatect at industry events, trade shows, and product training sessions.
• Deliver impactful product training sessions focused on features, applications, and value.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements that enhance quality, efficiency, and the customer experience.
• Support tracking and reporting of sales metrics and response times.
What You Bring
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Technical acumen with the ability to understand and recommend product solutions.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (trade shows, customer visits, etc.)
Bonus:
• You love solving puzzles, finding better ways of doing things, and helping others succeed.
• You’re energized by variety and eager to learn about new industries, products, and customer needs.
