The LPN Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Conduct assessments, monitor patient conditions, and communicate findings to the healthcare team.
- Assist with personal care activities if needed.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities.
- Records clinical/progress notes in client/patient's clinical record.
Pay: $60,000-73,000
